Nutritious, cold and absolutely delicious



When traveling I do not like to compromise, I eat whenever & wherever if I see something worth having. I believe that balance is a key way of living. So I´ll have some chips, chocolate, cheese, wine, pasta (ok mostly wine and pasta), Yeah, I eat it all, in a balanced way. What´s life if you can't enjoy it? Well, don't get me wrong I think that healthy food and exercising is extremely important for you to be healthy. Just do whatever suits your body best.


Here I will give you the recipe of my favourite smoothie:

3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

3½ ounces frozen pure unsweetened acai fruit puree

½ cup frozen blueberries

½ banana

¼ cup coconut water

2 tablespoons fresh raspberries

2 tablespoons honey (organic)

2 teaspoons toasted unsweetened coconut flakes

1 teaspoon chia seeds
